Hi, I’m Kathy—Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and sound therapy practitioner.  I offer supportive, down-to-earth care for those looking to reconnect with themselves in body, mind, and spirit. I currently provide reflexology at two clinic locations in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, as well as from my home-based treatment space.  Sound therapy sessions are provided from my home.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, blending certified techniques with a heart-centered approach to help ease stress, release tension, and restore a sense of calm. Whether you're navigating a transition, supporting your health, or simply craving stillness, you’re warmly invited to find the space that feels right for you.

For a while now I've been thinking of a way to give back that feels deeply personal and meaningful. The CURE Foundation provides financial support to women going through breast cancer treatment, and their mission struck a deep chord with me.

As a survivor who’s now self-employed without the safety net of disability benefits, the work CURE does hits close to home.
